“Fabbrica BnB” 10 People House near the Beach w/ Jacuzzi

How do you feel about spending your vacation by the sea? in a beach house?
The house is built on the waves of the sea, in the quiet neighborhood of Fabrika beach and the only thing that could disturb you is the “noise” of the waves and the seagulls.
Relax and experience the luxury of the relaxing bubbles of the jacuzzi & spa in the backyard. The views of the Aegean Sea are magnificent from the inside of the house while the courtyard is ideal for dinner (dining table) and rest.

Important note: Τhe house consists of 2 separate apartments. The floor apartment and the guest house located on the basement.
The floor apartment can accommodate 6 people in the 3 bedrooms. The two bedrooms have 2 queen-size beds while the third bedroom has 2 single beds 82×190. The master bedroom has a TV, and a private WC-bathroom.
The second WC-Bathroom is located between the living room and the bedrooms. Before making your reservation, make sure that the 2 single beds are suitable for you.
The basement guesthouse can accommodate 4 people in the 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and living room with kitchen. The two bedrooms have 2 double beds.
The Golden Beach of Fabrica got its name from the ceramics factory that was formerly located in the area. It is a quiet beach 9km from Ermoupolis on the South side of the island with little umbrellas, ideal for those seeking tranquility and relaxation for their holidays. Guests can swim in the clear blue waters along the beach while the more adventurous can try to swim all the way to Ampelos island. On the right side of the beach there is a small port where fishermen moor their boats and constitutes an ideal spot for fishing and snorkeling. To reach Fabrica one must follow the way to Vari and either turn left shortly before reaching the settlement or continue until Vari and then follow the signs.
The beach is within easy walking distance for seabed diving and fishing or fishing rods. For those who own or intend to rent a car there is parking outside the house. There are 2 bicycles and a canoe to rent if you wish. Just ask us.
The use of Jacuzzi/spa may not be possible if there is a relevant directive from the competent authorities
